A SCHOOL has been recognised for their dedication to creating a healthy environment.
Ysgol Llywelyn in Rhyl secured the National Quality Award. This followed a recent inspection.
Pupils Erin McCormick and Lily Muller said: "We really enjoyed showing the inspectors what we do in school, taking them on a tour helped us to appreciate what an amazing school this is."
Emma Parry, healthy schools coordinator, said: "Here in Ysgol Llywelyn we pride ourselves in our commitment to offer a wide range of experiences and opportunities for our pupils to thrive. This award is in recognition of the dedicated team we have here.”
