FIREFIGHTERS were called to a farm in Corwen after a bonfire spread to a building.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) sent one crew to the property, situated off the B4401, just after 1.50pm on Tuesday, July 23.
The fire service said that a heap of wood had been set alight, which then spread to the concrete outbuilding.
An NWFRS spokesperson said: “We were called to report a fire at a property in Corwen and sent one appliance from Wrexham at 13.52.
“A large quantity of wood had been set on fire, which then spread to a nearby outbuilding. The crew used one hose reel to extinguish the fire by 2.32pm.
“The fire caused five square metres of damage to the building. Nobody was hurt."
