RAILWAY A have made it five wins on the bounce as they keep their Denbigh and District Summer Darts League title crusade on track.

In the last couple of weeks, they have chalked up a notable victory over the winter champions Masons A 5-3 and they also defeated Kinmel Arms A 7-1.

Dave Davies has been in sublime form for the Railwaymen, collecting two 17-dart legs, a couple of 180s and a brilliant 13-dart leg.

Meanwhile, teammate Carl Jones chipped in with a maximum and a 17-dart leg of his own.

Reigning champions the Wingmen are in second place after two 7-1 victories over Masons B and Golden Lion A respectively.

Their darters have also been in fine form with Danny Tinney hitting a 16-dart leg and a 180, Dave Cooke a 17-dart leg, and Rich and Dil Martin took out a 16-dart leg in a doubles match.

Elsewhere, Masons A dismantled The Wings B 8-0 with old darting warhorses Roger Jones and Steve Gierke supplying a 17 darter in their doubles match.

Wings A are also flying high after a 7-1 victory over Kinmel Arms A, with Sion Watsham hitting two 180s in his matches and partnering Emily Mitchell to a 17-dart leg in the doubles.

They picked up a second win in as many weeks with a 6-2 verdict over Masons B.

White Lion A are roaring ahead in the B-Division after yet another win, this time 7-1 over Kinmel Arms B.

Railway B defeated Kinmel Arms B 7-1 and drew with Golden Lion B to sit in second position.

Railwayman Gwyn Roberts hit a maximum and Kinmel B chucker Dan Hubbard grabbed a 119 checkout.

Steve Evans chipped in a lovely 16-dart leg as his Cons B side fell to defeat versus White Lion B, while captain Dave Harrison (Golden Lion B) pinged in a 126 outshot as his side defeated the Hand Inn 6-2.
