CREWS from across North Wales took six hours to contain a blaze on Bangor Mountain.
The fire consumed more than 200 square meters of gorse and bracken from about 3pm on Saturday, July 13.
Crews from Bangor, Caernarfon and Llandudno were still on the scene into the evening battling the blaze, with the last crew leaving at about 9.30pm.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue said: "We were called toa fire on Bangor Mountain at 3.04pm covering more than 200 square metres of bracken and gorse.
"We called a stop at 9.04 pm, with the last crew remaining on scene until about 9.30pm."
