GREEN-figured volunteers are keeping their fingers crossed that they've done enough to impress Wales in Bloom judges.
Judgement day for the Prestatyn in Bloom team took place on Thursday, July 4.

New elements this year included visits to Tracy Pierce's Hedgehog Hospital and the Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour, next to the Nova.
The judge was impressed to learn about plastic-free initiatives taking place in the town.
Dr James Davies, chairman of Prestatyn in Bloom, said: "Following weeks of disappointing weather, we were pleased to be met by a warm and sunny day for our Wales in Bloom judging.

"In some ways, the day acted as a "trial run" for the prestigious Britain in Bloom judging [being held on August 9].
"As always, the community effort was outstanding. Prestatyn in Bloom has been meeting regularly throughout the year and we put together a tour designed to maximise attainment within the marking criteria."
