Police warning after car number plate thefts
TWO cars have had their number plates snatched in Kinmel Bay.
The incidents happened this week in Moelwyn Avenue West and Llysfaen Avenue. North Wales Police are advising residents to be vigilant.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Tamper-proof screws are a good way to make life harder for thieves."
