A MAN was arrested following concerns over bladed weapons in a Flintshire village.
North Wales Police received a call shortly after 4am on Friday after concerns were raised over the presence of bladed items in Ffordd Trelawnwyd, Trelawnwyd.
A spokesman for the force said: "We responded to an incident in which we believed weapons including knives and machetes were present.
"One male has been arrested, and enquiries are continuing."
