A 35-year-old man who police found hiding in a wardrobe at a Rhyl house was jailed for 20 weeks on Wednesday after he admitted breaching a restraining order.
Adam Nigel Wright, of Englefield Villa, Rhyl, had appeared in court just ten days earlier accused of a similar offence, magistrates at Llandudno heard.
Defence solicitor Andrew Hutchinson said Wright wasn’t to go to his ex-partner’s address but had been invited for tea.
Mr Hutchinson said Wright was schizophrenic and the lawyer urged the court to allow him to attend courses to address his behaviour.
However, a 16 weeks suspended sentence was activated with an additional four weeks for the latest offence.
