A busy street in Wrexham has reopened after a car left the road and went through the window of a former bar.
North Wales Fire and Rescue service received a call shortly before 1.15pm on Saturday reporting a one-vehicle collision in Brook Street.
Several social media users reported that a vehicle had collided with a building in the street and gone through its window.
A spokesman for the fire and rescue service told the Leader two crews from Wrexham attended the scene, where casualties were transferred into the care of the Welsh Ambulance Service.
North Wales Police urged drivers to avoid the area, warning that areas affected included Brook Street from Pentrefelin side and Town Hill and Vicarage Hill from the Abbot Street Junction.
But the force has since confirmed the road has been reopened.
According to witnesses, the site of the crash was the Chicago Rock - a former bar which has been closed for several years.
The vehicle has now been removed and the window has been boarded up.
The Welsh Ambulance Service received a call just after 1pm regarding the incident, in which it was reported a vehicle had gone through a cafe window.
A spokesman said: "We have conveyed two people to Wrexham Maelor Hospital - both adults, one male and one female."
The spokesman added the extent of the casualties' injuries as not yet confirmed.
