A hairdresser once jailed for two years for stabbing her husband has received a suspended prison term after throwing a brick through his bathroom window.
Adele Marie Parker, 49, of Rhodfa Peris, Prestatyn, admitted breaching a restraining order and criminal damage.
District judge Gwyn Jones at Llandudno court was told her actions were causing “heartache” and her now ex-husband, David Parker, just wanted to be left alone.
Judge Jones imposed a 26 weeks suspended jail term with alcohol treatment and 150 hours unpaid work.
Parker must pay £100 compensation for the damage, £200 to Michelle Gillet who cut her finger on broken glass, and £200 costs.
A new six-year restraining order was made to protect Mr Parker and his new partner.
Prosecutor James Neary said: "Mr Parker says once again the defendant has caused damage to his property.”
They split seven years ago.
Defence solicitor David Jones said: "There’s a very toxic background to this matter. It’s not simply one-way.”
Parker went to the house to speak to her teenage daughter, he said
Mr Jones added: "In drink her behaviour was wholly inappropriate. She accepts she caused the damage and she is genuinely remorseful in that regard.”
