THIS week's image of the week takes in a view across the sea to a developing Rhyl coastline.
The picture, taking from Horton's Nose Nature Reserve, was snapped by John Knight as part of a #LoveRhyl tourism project.
John has been selected alongside nine other amateur photographers as a Instagram champion.

Each week, the Journal is featuring the work of one of the champions.
John said: "During school holidays I actually worked for two summers on the 'gaff' (fairground) and three seasons as a waiter at Prestatyn holiday camp.
"Having spent all of my working life in the Midlands, I chose to retire to sunny Rhyl in 2014. I am constantly delighted to be living beside the sea.
