THE fifth annual RNLI Rhyl Harbour Raft Race is set to make a splash once again this summer.
The popular family event sees 20 raft teams build a raft to take to the water and paddle their way around the course at Rhyl Harbour to try and win the coveted Povah Cup.
This year there will also be a new cup up for grabs with a pre-built raft category for teams who what to bring a raft they have already built.
Stalls and refreshment stands on the harbour wall will be available from 11am. Raft building for the Povah Cup will begin at 1:30pm.
All funds raised on the day go to Rhyl RNLI to help fund our volunteer crews continue to save lives at sea.
