A CHOIR put on a "fabulous" performance during a charity concert.
The mayor's concert, held at St Mary's Church in Rhuddlan, featured Llansilin Choir.
More than £600 was raised in aid of the Urdd Eisteddfod Local Appeal and Rotary Polio.
Sian Mai Jones, Rhuddlan Town Clerk, said: "An excellent evening was enjoyed by all who attended. Llansilin Choir were fabulous and there were a number of requests from the audience to arrange another visit sometime in the future.
"The mayor cllr Gareth Rowlands and his wife Nerys Rowlands wish to thank all who supported this event."
The Urdd Eisteddfod will be in Denbigh in 2020.
Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for more than 30 years. Polio remains endemic only in Afghanistan, Nigeria, and Pakistan.
The next event will be the mayor's Fish & Chips evening on Friday, April 26.
