A DRIVER with no tax on his car since November 2018 was caught by police.
The car was stopped in Kinmel Bay. The driver was issued a PG9 prohibition notice and was reported.
North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "DVLA database showed no tax since Nov 2018. Vehicle modified with negative camber set on front axle which may have contributed to exposed ply on front tyre. Ply exposed on rear tyre too.
"Horn inoperative and parking brake not working."
