A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after her car came off the road near the A55 at Abergele.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Services were called to a road traffic collision on the eastbound sliproad from the A55 to Pensarn and Abergele (junction 24), near McDonalds, at about 6.50am Thursday morning.
Two appliances attended the scene, one each from Rhyl and Abergele, to remove the woman from her car which was on its side.
The Welsh Ambulance Service also attended the scene and treated the woman on site before taking her to hospital as a precaution.
