A HOTPOT and drink will be on offer for individuals attending Prestatyn Business Forum.

The forum’s annual meeting will be held at the Cookhouse at 6pm on Monday.

Hal Holmes-Pierce who owns Elevate Your Sole in Prestatyn and Rhos on Sea and is chairman of the group, is aided by Sally Smart, secretary.

He said: "We have some exciting plans that will be coming to fruition in 2019.

"These include a 22 foot artwork installation and hanging baskets (with help of PTC) throughout the town and ‘whale tails’ on the beach.

"We are looking for motivated business owners to come forward and join our growing and enthusiastic team with fresh ideas to help drive the town forward.

“All positions will be up for grabs, so if you fancy leading a project or immersing yourself in the broader business community, you’re welcome to additionally put yourself forward as a committee member, treasurer, secretary or chair.”

Prestatyn Business Forum, formed in 2011, meet once a month usually in a ‘pub’ setting.

Hal added: "The forum was established to bring together local businesses and community groups in a common endeavour to promote our town and community. We’re lucky to have such a diverse range of businesses in the town with a relatively low vacancy rate. However, it’s important to stay ahead of the game and we’re always developing new ideas to increase footfall and help our businesses thrive."

Those attending are welcome to bring a friend, colleague or another business associate. Joining fee applies.
