LITTLE ones wore their most 'spooktacular' costumes for a frightful event on Prestatyn's high street.
The eerie event last Wednesday, organised by Prestatyn Town Council, featured face painting, creepy crawlies, circus skills, a witch hunt, a spooky bus, trick-or-treating, crafts, pumpkin carving, competitions a puppet show and more.
Rachael Astle, of Prestatyn Town Council, said: "We were delighted to see the High Street filled with people enjoying themselves and taking part in the activities we had planned. More than a thousand people attended the Spooktacular.’
"In the first two hours, we had given out over 300 medals to children in fancy dress and over 400 sheets for the witch hunt.
"We would like to thank everyone that helped on the day and everyone who came along and joined in the fun."
