A ROAD has now re-opened amid concerns for the safety of an individual.
The incident happened on the road leading up to Abergele Hospital.
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said "The incident was on the road leading up to Abergele Hospital. The road is now open. Thanks for your patience."
The force and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board said they were unable to comment further on the incident.
