NORTH Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a thirteen-year-old boy was bitten by a German Shepherd in Caernarfon.
The incident took place as the boy was cycling along Ffordd Eryri at 1.15pm on Monday, July 23.
The dog was with a woman in her thirties who also had three or four young children with her at the time of the incident.
