A MOTORCYCLE cortège of more than 100 riders has transported Arthur Jones' coffin to St Mary's Church.
The motorcycle outriders, made up of members of The Whistlestop Cafe Motorcycle Club, approached Lenten Pool from Bridge Street.
Many of the riders were wearing green armbands and some bikes were emblazoned with the red dragon of Wales.
Hundreds of mourners were waiting outside St Mary's Church to pay tribute to Arthur and a guard of honour was formed by Army Cadets from the Denbigh, Rhyl and Prestatyn platoons.
A floral display spelling out "Arthur" was in the hearse.
The coffin has been taken inside St Mary's Church.
