All manner of ghosts, ghouls and topical zombies will walk the earth in Denbighshire this Halloween.
As the tendrils of darkness begin to grip Prestatyn on Thursday, October 31, Nant Hall Road and the High Street will play host to a hair-raising rogues’ gallery from 11am to 3pm for the town’s Halloween Spooktacular.
Trick or treaters can go on a witch hunt, meet and hold some creepy crawlies, get their face painted, ride on a spooky bus, meet villainous Disney characters, join in with some circus skills, play in giant bubbles, get a temporary tattoo and, enjoy a variety of entertainment.
There will also be a medal for all children in fancy dress at Prestatyn Town Council Offices, and there is a pumpkin carving competition.
All entries need to be dropped off at the Scala Cinema and they will be judged at 2pm by Cllr Sharon Frobisher, deputy mayor of Prestatyn and Meliden.
The ghoulish goings on will also find their way to Rhyl High Street from 11am until 2pm for another free event featuring stilt walkers, giveaways, and free face painting.
