MEDIEVAL music will be the topic of a special event in the Vale of Clwyd.

St Dyfnog’s Church, in Llanrhaeadr, will be hosting another musical event on October 30.

There will be a warm welcome offered to medieval music duo Pease Pottage, who will present a programme of folk tunes and dances from the 13th century onwards.

The evening will feature the medieval harp, bagpipes, recorders, pipe and tabor, and shawm.

Audience participation will be invited, and there will be a chance to ask questions about the music and instruments afterwards.

The programme starts at 7pm and it will last about an hour, followed by refreshments in the nave.

Tickets are £5 and they will be available at the door.
