AN avant garde form of Japanese dance theatre is coming to Holyhead.
Butoh dance and experimental music workshops are being held for adults and children at the Ucheldre Centre on Mill Bank.
A session is on from 10am - 12noon, ages six to 10, and from 1pm-3pm, ages 11-15, on Saturday, September 7. Tickets are £5.
An adult workshop (age 16+) is on from 2-7pm, on Sunday, September 8. Tickets are £10-15. The sessions are led by contemporary/Butoh dancer Melissa Pasut with Andrew Leslie Hooker, an electro acoustic composer. There is also a Butoh performance at 7.30pm, on Friday, September 27.
