PRESTATYN movie fans have been returning to the town’s cinema to catch up with some old friends.
Scala Cinema reopened its doors to audiences last week as a result of the relaxing of coronavirus restrictions.
The cinema has reopened with new safety measures in place in order to ensure safety of staff and visitors.
While audiences have been welcoming the reopening of the venue filmgoers have been welcoming the return of William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. and Theodore “Ted” Logan for the long-awaited third instalment of the Bill & Ted franchise Bill and Ted : Face the Music.
Yet to fulfil their rock and roll destiny, the now middle aged best friends played by Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter set out on a new adventure in which only their song can save life as we know it.
Joining the Scala’s celluloid offering is Tenet one of the most talked about movies of the year from Inception and The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan.
A spokesperson for Scala Cinema said: “As we will be restricting the number of people in each screening to assist with social distancing, we strongly advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment.”
