Notice is hereby given that Hawthorn Leisure Honey Limited has applied in respect of the Six Bells, 32 Crescent Road, Rhyl, LLI8 ITF for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for.'This is an application to extend the permission for live music (indoors only) on a Friday and Saturday only from 10:00h until 01:30h the following morning (current permission from 10:00 until 23:30h) To remove the condition "The performance of live music (including karaoke) will cease at 23:30 hours; only "background level" music will be provided after this time". To add the condition "Music from regulated entertainment will not be audible at the boundary of the nearest residential properties." All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of I Oth January 2019, to the Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority at Russell House, Churton Road, Rhyl, LLI8 3DP where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
