RHYBUDD O ORCHYMYN GWAHARDD TRAFNIDIAETH DRWODD DROS DRO DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 - ADRAN 14

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 5 Rhagfyr 2018 a fydd yn gwahardd unrnyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio'r rhannau hynny o'r ffordd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen isod.

Mae'r gorchymyn yn bwriadu helpu'r Heddlu drwy ddefnyddio pwerau 'stop a chyfarwyddo' a gaiff iu defnyddio fel rhan o raglen cludo cydrannau fferm wynt sy'n golygu cau'r darnau o ffyrdd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen isod.

Ni fydd arwyddion ar y llwybrau teithio amgen. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr ar gael drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym o 1 lonawr 2019 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis. Byddwn yn cau'r ffyrdd yn 61 yr angen, disgwylir i hyn barhau tan oadeutu 31 Rhagfyr 2019.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 5th December 2018 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below.

The order is intended to assist Police using 'stop and direct' powers which will be used as part of a delivery programme of windfarm components by means of rolling road closures on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below.

No alternative routes will be signposted. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The Order is effective from 1 st January 2019 for an eighteen month period. The closures will be as required, anticipated until approximately 31 st December 2019.

Schedule

Lengths of road - Nantglyn area in the County of Denbigshire

1) A543 Pentrefoelas Road, Bylchau; which extends from its junction with Bryntrillyn to Cottage Bridge to its junction with the B4501 Cerrig Road to County Boundary.



2) B4501 Cerrig Road to County Boundary, Bylchau; which extends from its Junction with A543 Pentrefoelas Road to its junction with B4501 Brenig Road Groesffordd Crossroads to Cerrig Road Junction.



3) B4501 Brenig Road Groesffordd Crossroads to Cerrig Road Junction, Nantglyn;



which extends from its junction with B4501 Cerrig Road to County Boundary in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 3,150 Metres.
