DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PERMANENT SPEED RESTRICTION [B5429 AND UNNAMED ROAD, RHUALLT] [40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 201
Denbighshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 82(2) 83(2) 84(1) and 84(2) and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of the Order will be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road specified in the Schedule below.
The previously made Order entitled The Trunk Roads (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) (No.l 7) Order 1963 will be revoked in in its entirety.
Copies of the proposed Order with plans and statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Rhuddlan Library, Vicarage Lane, Rhuddlan, during normal opening hours.
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 16th March 2018. Please include your name and address and note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
SCHEDULE
Length of road at Rhuallt in the County of Denbigh 40 mph Speed Restriction
B5429 / Unnamed road; which stretches between the B5429 at Rhuallt and the A55 North Wales Expressway; from a point 566 metres south west of its junction with Dyffryn Teg (when measured along the centre line) in a north easterly direction to a point 121 metres north east of the junction where the B5429 meets the unnamed road which stretches between the B5429 at Rhuallt and the A55 North Wales Expressway (when measured along the south eastern kerb line)
