Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as William Morgan, 29-33 High Street, Prestatyn, LLI9 9AH applied to Denbighshire County Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is:
1. To extend the sale of alcohol and live and recorded music to commence at 08:00 hours, 7 days a week;
2. To remove, amend and add additional non-standard timings sought, as detailed in the application; and
3. To remove obsolete conditions under Annex 2 of the premises licence, as detailed in the application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Denbighshire County Council, Russell House, Churton Road, Rhyl, 1118 3DP no later than 15th January 201S stating the grounds for representation.
