Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 13 Mai 2020 a fydd yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio'r llwybr sy'n cysylltu John Street ac Aquarium Street, Rhyl yn Sir Ddinbych am ei hyd gyfan. Mae angen cau'r llwybr er mwyn hwyluso creu maes parcio i breswylwyr, tirlunio a gwaith cysylltiedig gan Wasanaethau Eiddo Cyngor Sir Ddinbych.
Nid oes llwybr amgen a argymhellir. Ni fydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
DawY Gorchymyn i rym ar 1 Mehefin 2020 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa bynnag un fydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith bara tan tua 7 Medi 2020.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF
THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -
SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 13th May 2020 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the alley linking John Street and Aquarium Street, Rhyl in the County of Denbigh for its entire length. The closure is necessary to facilitate formation of resident car parking, landscaping & associated works by Denbighshire County Council Property Services.
There is no recommended alternative route. Pedestrian access will not be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The Order comes into force on 1st June 2020 for an eighteen month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 7th September 2020.
