Ar 26 Hydref 2019, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Ddinbych Orchymyn am gyfnod o chwe mis sy'n cychwyn ar 1 Ebrilf, 201 9 ac yn gwahardd cerddwyr rhag dernyddio Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus Rhif 9yng nghymuned Dyserth.
Y rheswm dros y cau yw hwyluso diogelwch y cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith parhaus i safle driniaeth dwr gwastraff.
Mae'r Gorchymyn presennol yn dod i ben ar 1 Hydref 2019, ond er mwyn hwyluso parhad y gwaith mae hwn wedi'i ymestyn am gyfnod o 6 mis pellach tan 31 Hydref 2020, gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru gan ddefnyddio pwerau o dan adran 1 5(5) o'r Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1 984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991).
Mae llwybr amgen ar gael i gerddwyr ar y safle.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 9 DYSERTH
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
On 26th March 2019, Denbighshire County Council made an Order effective for a six month period commencing from 1st April 2019 which prohibits pedestrians from using Public Footpath No. 9 in the community of Dyserth.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate public safety during on-going works to Dyserth waste water treatment plant.
The current Order expires on 1st October 2019, but to facilitate the continuation of the works this has been extended by a further 6 month period until 31 st March 2020, with the approval of the Welsh Ministers using powers under section 1 5(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991).
There is an alternative route available for pedestrians on site.
