KAY CLARK John Clark and the family of the late Kay Clark would like to thank everyone who helped to look after Kay over many years throughout her long illness, including the District Nurses, the Respiratory Nurses, the NHS and Ward 11 at Glan Clwyd Hospital, also the Marie Curie Nurses in kays final days. We would like to thank family and friends for their unconditional love + support throughout this time. Thank you to Morris Funeral Directors for looking after kay and us as a family.
