MORGAN HANNAH ELIZABETH MILLS Abergele formerly Oakley Park,Llanidloes John ,Catherine ,Richard and Thomas and all the family wish to thank relatives ,friends, work colleagues and neighbours for their kindness ,support and messages of sympathy which have overwhelmed us at this sad time and have given us great comfort in the knowledge that thoughts and prayers are with us. Special thanks to all the staff at Glan Clywd ,Colwyn Bay Hospital ,Tereen Carers and Bradshaw Manor care home who cared for and supported Hannah. Sincere thanks to John Spicer and Hannah's eldest grandson Patrick for their kind and heartfelt tributes and moving words of comfort to the family. Our grateful thanks to Emrys Morris and son Funeralcare for their care and support in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
