CLIVE LIGHTFOOT ( Lightfoot's Models & Toys, Rhyl ) Iris and family would like to thank everyone who attended Clive's funeral, thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, sympathy and words of comfort at this difficult time. Thank you for the generous donations the final total being £500 pounds towards the Rhyl District Nurses Palliative Care Team. Special thanks to Dr. Whyler for his exceptional care and support during Clive's short illness and to all members of the amazing Palliative Care Team, we were able to care for Clive at home due to this fantastic network of support. Thanks to Rhyl Golf Club for their hospitality and Sarah Boalch for conducting a very personal service for Clive. Thanks to Ivor Howatson & Son, Funeral Directors, Rhyl for their guidance, kindness and very efficient arrangements. 'If our love could have saved you, you never would have gone'. 'In our hearts forever'.
