ZOE JONES Lil, Dave & Nicola would like to thank family and friends who attended the funeral service of Zoe, To say goodbye. With much gratitude to the paramedics who tried so hard to save her, Also the kind neighbours for all their help. Sincere thanks to Rev Glen Mansfield for his heartfelt service. Special thanks to Leigh Hymus-Gant and staff of Sovereign Funeral Services for their compassion and care. Many thanks to Rhyl Golf Club for their catering services and Grandma's Bloomers for their beautiful floral tributes. Thank you for the generous donations received in memory of Zoe, Which totalled £520 to be shared between The British Heart Foundation and Ty-Gobaith Hospice.
