In loving memory of MARGARET ANNE JONES 12.09.1948 - 04.02.2018 Former Staff Nurse Triage at A&E, Glan Clwyd. Softly in the early morning, you heard a gentle call. You took the hand God offered you, and calmly left us all. Margaret is now with her daughter Lena Maria and her son Damien. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. Love from Robert, Gareth, Chris, grandson Osian and brother Kevin. Thanks to the Doctors and staff of Glan Clwyd Hospital Cancer Wards, who looked after her during her last illness.
