SMITH David David sadly passed away at home surrounded by his family on Monday 8th November 2021 aged 84 years. Much loved husband of Rita, Father to Stephen, Taid to Jessica and Father in Law to Jane. Funeral service to take place at St Mary's Parish Church at 11am on Friday 19th November, followed by Cremation at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium St Asaph. Family Flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully accepted by St Mary's Parish Church Rhuddlan and North Clwyd Animal Rescue.
