JONES SARAH 7th December 2019 passed away peacefully at St David's Hospice aged 42 years. Beloved partner of James, loving mother to Kieron and Alfie, much loved sister to Steve, Sue and Mandy. Also loving sister in law and Auntie to all her nieces and nephews. Sarah will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Service and committal at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 20th December at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Sarah will be gratefully received at St Davids Hospice, Llandudno.
