CHAPMAN CERIDWEN 8th November 2019 Peacefully, aged 103 years. With enormous gratitude to all at St Chamond's. Beloved Mum, Nainy and Auntie Ceri. Funeral service to be held at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 29th November 2019 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Ceri will be gratefully accepted towards The British Red Cross.
