THOMAS KATE Passed away peacefully at home with her daughters Sarah & Jane holding her hand. Always vibrant, Kate was an amazing Mum, much loved Mother-in-Law and devoted Nana. A dedicated and fun English Teacher who loved her students. Taken from us much too soon and now at rest with her beloved Husband Don. Funeral service at Christ Church, Prestatyn on Friday 26 April at 1pm followed by a celebration of her life. Floral tributes or donations to Marie Curie are welcome.
