JONES ROSEMARY (nee Caldicott) February 6th 2019 Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 69 years of Abergele. Beloved wife of Elwyn, devoted mum to Angela and the late Nicky. Deeply loved nana to Naomi, Ellie and Alfie and the late baby Chloe and great grandma to Archie and Mollie. She will be greatly missed and remembered with love and affection by all her family and friends. Service at St Michael's Church, Abergele on Friday February 15th at 2.30pm followed by Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired would be gratefully received towards Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea Abbeyfield Care Homes c/o R.W.Roberts and Son, Plas Tirion, Kinmel Avenue, Abergele LL22 7LW.
