Ledsham Geoff 3rd February 2019 Peacefully in Holywell Community Hospital after a long and courageous battle with multiple sclerosis aged 72 years and of Prestatyn. The most dearly loved Husband of Liz. Dearly loved Father and Father in law of Anna, Gareth and Wrox. A much loved Brother, Brother in law, Uncle, Cousin and Friend. A Service of Celebration of Geoff's life will be held at Prestatyn Parish Church on Monday 18th February 2018 at 12:00 Noon followed by Committal at St Asaph Crematorium. Family Flowers only please but donations if desired in memory of Geoff will be gratefully accepted towards the R.N.I.B and The Good Companions at Holywell Community Hospital.
