BUTLER HAZEL 27th January 2019 Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital surrounded by her loving family, At the age of 91 years. Devoted wife of John, Cherished mum of Pat, Andrea and Wendy. Mother in Law of Brian, Jimmy and the late Caradoc. Treasured Nan to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister to Dorothy and the late Newton, Joan and Trevor. Hazel was loved by so many people and will be missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Prestatyn Parish Church on Monday the 11th February 2019 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Hazel will be gratefully accepted towards Alzheimer's.
