Jones Zoe Abigail 23rd December 2018 Aged 43 years, suddenly at home. Beloved daughter of Lilian and David. Much loved sister of Nicola, devoted aunty of Yusuf and a much missed niece of Tyd and Vi. Funeral service to be held at St Ann's Church, Rhyl on Thursday 17th January at 1pm. Family flowers only please by request donations gratefully received on behalf of The British Heart Foundation.
