HOOPER - Mark Robert passed away 13th November as a result of a tragic accident, aged 40. Beloved son of John and Maureen. Best friend and brother of Warren and Sarah. Dearly missed brother in law, cousin, nephew, uncle an friend. Funeral to be held on Friday 14th December 2018 at St. Ann's Church, Rhyl at 2pm.
