WILLIAM IAN ARMSTRONG ( Former Rhyl Town and Denbighshire County Councillor ) 25th October, 2018. Peacefully at Llandudno General Hospital, aged 81 years only three months after the loss of his beloved wife Jennie. Wonderful father of Jill and Sandra, dear father-in-law of Garry and Paul, treasured grandad to Lianne and Lee, Claire, Katie, Harriet and William, much loved great grandad of Callum, Dylan, Tilly and Maddie and proud great great grandad to Freddie. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at the Denbighshire Crematorium, St. Asaph on Monday, 12th November at 1.00 pm.
