PRESTATYN Town have issued more details regarding their search for a new chairperson at the club.

An official job description was released by the Seasiders on Wednesday, April 12 in regards to the position, which has been vacated by Chris Tipping with immediate effect.

One of the most prominent features of the advert is the focus on a complete rebuild “across all aspects” of the club, which includes the first team playing squad following their relegation from the JD Welsh Premier League.

This is also set to cover the youth academy, commercial set-up and Town’s role within the community of Prestatyn.

The essential job skills include experience in developing and running a business, ability to attract new sponsors and developing relations within the community, while also possessing sound financial knowledge including budget control.

The ability to lead, organise and encourage helpers, volunteers and supporters was also mentioned, with current board members looking to continue with the ethos of being a community run football club.

Tipping will be remaining at the club in the role of director but will no longer have a say in the day-to-day running of the Motion Finance Stadium side.
