GOALKEEPER Rory Crowther was the big winner at Rhyl FC’s end of season presentation evening.

The talented stopper was at the top of his game throughout their first campaign back in the Huws Gray Alliance and picked up three out of the four senior squad accolades from the event, which was held at Rhyl Golf Club.

Crowther scooped the Players’ Player of the Season, Supporters Player of the Season and Management Committee Player of the Year as a result of a number of exceptional performances for the Lilywhites.

Defender Tony Davies received the Manager’s Player of the Year honour from recently departed duo Matthew Jones and Mark Connolly.

The Reserves, who could clinch the Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Reserves Division title in their final game of the season against Llandudno Junction, saw Jack Parry Jones take home both the Manager’s and Players’ Player of the Season distinctions after demonstrating his immense potential throughout, while Luke Wiltshire’s efforts in front on goal secured him the Top Scorer Award.

Rhyl Youth boss Daniel Brewerton presented Callum Murphy with the Manger’s Player of the Season accolades, with Josh Brown doing enough to secure the Players’ Player of the Year.

The Top Scorer Award will be presented at the end of the season, with the club still having to play a handful of games due to the adverse weather conditions over the summer.
