Should they win the final, they will become the fourth North Wales team to win the cup in the last 10 years.

Lexi has now scored an incredible 52 goals in 13 appearances this season, and against Talycopa, she netted a hat-trick in just three minutes.

Kinmel Bay will face Cardiff Wanderers in the final.

Lexi said: “I’m enjoying my football at Kinmel Bay since joining in June.

“I was welcomed from the start and am really happy to play for such a solid group of players. My dream is to play professionally one day.

“I have recently been scouted for Welsh academy after scoring a double hat-trick.

“I’d like to thank Kinmel Bay for the opportunity, and also my mum and stepdad for supporting me through my journey.”

Manager Frank Standing added: “The team is unbelievable; they work hard for each other and they all get on.

“The girls have still yet to show what they can do as a team. They are still in the league cup, and also have a chance of winning the league .

“This is going to be one hell of a season for the girls if things go their way.

“I'm a very proud manager - the girls show myself respect, and to the other coaches, and are always asking questions about the game.

“Most of the girls have been together a long time and know each other well, and those that have only been with the club a couple of seasons have fitted in brilliantly.”
