PRESTATYN Town have announced six new signings as they continue to rebuild their squad ahead of the Huws Gray Alliance season.

The Seasiders’ management team of Leon Field and Ryan Turner have secured the signatures of Alex Jones, Elias Jones, Liam Rowland-Jones, Stuart Roberts, Ryan Woods and Kieron Ellis from various clubs across the region.

Alex Jones is no stranger to the Motion Finance Stadium having enjoyed a spell under Neil Gibson before moving to Rhyl, and he is widely regarded as ont of the brightest young prospects anywhere in the region.

Field, said: “It’s great for us to have Alex come in - he's a passionate player, a leader on the pitch and he has so much creative ability.

“He's been here before, so he knows what this club's about. He brings a level of experience to the squad and we know he can do great things for us.”

Field and Turner have once again turned to former club Kinmel Bay for the majority of their new signings, with Ellis top scoring during the Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Premier Division title success last season.

The former Town youth star will be aiming for further success this time around, while Rowland-Jones, Roberts and Woods also join from the Bay.

Rounding off the new acquisitions is Elias Jones, who is another with great promise and has represented Gresford Athletic and Cerigydrudion during a standout young career to date.

More announcements regarding player personnel are expected in the coming days as Town’s management duo continue to strengthen after the squad was decimated during the early stages of the transfer window.
