TALENTED forward Jordan Phillips was the big winner at Mochdre Sports’ end of season presentation evening.

The hotshot was in ruthless for throughout the Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division Two campaign, producing a series of exceptional performances to further enhance his growing reputation as one of the hottest prospects in the region.

His efforts were acknowledged with a plethora of honours, which saw Phillips scoop the Players’ Player and Manager’s Player of the Year Awards.

He was also chosen as the Committee Player of the Year, the Top Scorer Award and the Goal of the Season distinction for his sensational late winner against Penmaenmawr Phoenix from inside his own half.

Matt Jones was the worthy recipient of the Most Improved Player of the Year, with the coveted Clubman of the Year honour going to Neil Swift.

The fourth-tier side have also announced a series of pre-season friendlies as they ready themselves for the upcoming campaign, with training set to commence on June 30.

Llandudno Athletic, Trearddur Bay, Colwyn Bay Reserves, Llanfairfechan Town, Greenfield and Llansannan for the schedule and are sure to provide plenty of different tests for the squad as they look to improve on their disappointing 13th placed finish last term.
